कंप्यूटर (Computer):-

कंप्यूटर एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक यंत्र है जो डेटा को इनपुट के रूप में स्वीकार करता है, उसे निर्देशों के अनुसार प्रोसेस करता है और आउटपुट के रूप में परिणाम प्रस्तुत करता है। यह तेज़ गति से गणनाएँ कर सकता है, विशाल मात्रा में डेटा को सुरक्षित रख सकता है और विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में मानव जीवन को सरल बनाता है।

A computer is an electronic device that accepts data as input, processes it according to given instructions, and produces meaningful output. It can perform calculations at very high speed, store vast amounts of data, and simplify human life in various fields.

कंप्यूटर की विशेषताएँ / Characteristics of Computer:-

1. गति (Speed) – लाखों गणनाएँ प्रति सेकंड।
   Speed – Millions of operations per second.

2. सटीकता (Accuracy) – त्रुटियाँ केवल गलत इनपुट पर।
   Accuracy – Errors occur only due to wrong input.

3. स्वचालन (Automation) – एक बार निर्देश देने पर स्वतः कार्य करता है।
   Automation – Works automatically once instructions are given.

4. भंडारण (Storage) – विशाल डेटा संग्रहीत कर सकता है।
   Storage – Stores huge amounts of data.

5. बहुपयोगिता (Versatility) – शिक्षा, व्यवसाय, विज्ञान, मनोरंजन में प्रयोग।
   Versatility – Used in education, business, science, entertainment.

6. कनेक्टिविटी (Connectivity) – इंटरनेट व नेटवर्क से जुड़ सकता है।
   Connectivity – Can connect via internet and networks.

7. मल्टीटास्किंग (Multitasking) – एक साथ कई कार्य कर सकता है।
   Multitasking – Can perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

कंप्यूटर की कार्यप्रणाली / Functioning of Computer:-

कंप्यूटर का कार्य IPO चक्र (Input – Process – Output) पर आधारित है।

The functioning of a computer is based on the IPO Cycle (Input – Process – Output).

1. इनपुट (Input) – कीबोर्ड, माउस, स्कैनर से डेटा।
   Input – Data entered via keyboard, mouse, scanner.

2. प्रोसेस (Process) – CPU डेटा को प्रोसेस करता है।
   Process – CPU processes the data.

3. आउटपुट (Output) – मॉनिटर, प्रिंटर पर परिणाम।
   Output – Results shown on monitor, printer.

4. भंडारण (Storage) – डेटा हार्ड डिस्क, SSD या क्लाउड में सुरक्षित।
   Storage – Data stored in hard disk, SSD, or cloud.
